My Vision

My vision for my practice has evolved over the years. Some things have always been at the forefront… Prevention; Education; Clinical Excellence; Honest Communication and Patient Centered Treatment.

I have been a practicing dentist for over 30 years and I look forward to using my expertise to solve complex clinical challenges. More importantly I want to develop meaningful relationships with patients that truly want healthy mouths and healthy lives. This is in contrast to minimal oral health that dental insurance companies are willing to provide.

I have built a dedicated, caring team to help me achieve this and encourage patients to partner with us in attaining excellent, long lasting, attractive and functional oral health that ultimately translates into long and healthy lives.

A Message from Dr. Kravitz

Dear Friends,

I am delighted to announce the Dr.’s Will and Amanda Archer will be joining our practice in July.  I have been friendly with them for three years and they were all set to join us when the Covid-19 Pandemic began, slowing their arrival.

Dr. Will Archer completed his dental education at Tufts School of Dentistry in 2016.  He has been a general dentist in the US Air Force for the past four years.  During his time there he had the opportunity to work in a large clinic and receive mentorship from multiple specialists.  He has an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering and prior to dental school, he was a special operation combat rescue officer.

Dr. Amanda Archer graduated from The University of Southern California’s School of Dentistry in 2013.  She has been in private general practice since. While they were in Boston for Will’s dental education they spent many weekends in the Upper Valley hiking, rock climbing, and skiing and fell in love with all that our area offers.  They have three young children and are excited to introduce them to their outdoor passions.

I feel blessed to have mature, experienced dentists to pass my practice on to.  Finding the right candidates to continue your care in the manner in which you have come to expect from me was very important.  In these days of Corporate Dentistry where patients are all too often just a number, we will continue to provide exceptional personalized care.  While they both enjoy the art and science of dentistry, it is the strong sense of community and relationships that they most look forward to.  These relationships, in fact, are what I have derived my most satisfaction from over these past 37 years.  This Pandemic has clearly exposed this truth.

The current crisis is obviously not an ideal time for a transition such as this.  Neither they nor I, envisioned this when we started our plans over a year ago.  I am sure that the same relationships that have sustained me over my career, and especially over the past few months, will continue to support and welcome the Archer’s in the coming years.

I expect to continue to treat patients over the next several months but will be slowing down so that they can care for you.  I have complete confidence in their commitment and ability.  Of course, our long time staff as well as some wonderful new ones will be here to assist in the transition.

Thank you for the honor of allowing me to care for you all of these many years.  Stay well and stay safe!

Warm Regards,

Toby P Kravitz DDS FAGD
