Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment and adequate time will be reserved for you. Every effort is made by our staff to be on time and provide you with all of the time that you require. We appreciate our patients effort to be prompt as a courtesy to both our staff and subsequent patients. If you must cancel an appointment please notify us immediately, at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This courtesy permits us to give your appointment time to another waiting patient.
Infection Control
We are aware that infection control is a major concern to many patients. Our infection control protocol includes heat sterilization of hand pieces (drills) and instruments, using disposables whenever possible and disinfecting all contact surfaces. Our sterilization is monitored weekly by an independent laboratory. Appropriate time is allotted between patients to insure completion of adequate disinfection procedures. We are happy to answer any further questions you may have regarding infection control.
Insurance and Billing
Our policy is to collect payment at the time of services rendered. If you are covered by dental insurance we request that you make your co-payment at the time of your appointment and we will submit your insurance claim for the remaining balance. When the co-pay is not known the claim will be submitted and you will be billed for the balance. If your treatment requires several visits, an estimate will be given and financial arrangements may be discussed with the office manager.
