Our Staff
The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our staff's training, professional credentials and work experience. 
Toby Kravitz D.D.S.
Dr Kravitz graduated from the University of Vermont in 1979 and the Temple University School of Dentistry in 1983. He practiced as an associate dentist for several area practices from 1984 to 1989, taking time off to be a volunteer dentist for the United States Peace Corps in 1986-87. He started his own practice in Norwich in 1989, but continued his volunteer work by being on the original steering committee for the Red Logan Dental Clinic, where he continues to volunteer regularly. He is currently the co-chair for COHI, a Community Oral Health Initiative convened to address the dental access problems in the Upper Valley.
He has been part of the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center's Dental Staff since 1996 and belongs to numerous professional organizations, including the ADA, AGD, and VSDS. Additionally, Dr Kravitz has participated in many hours of post-graduate dental education and has completed 5 continuums at the prestigious Pankey Institute.
Dr Kravitz lives in Hartford with Jennifer, his wife of 26 years, and their four children, Bethany, Alycia, Julia and Avery.
Pat Deslandes RDA - Office Administrator
Pat grew up in Rhode Island and moved to Vermont with her husband in 2001. They have 2 daughters. She started with Dr. Kravitz as a dental assistant in 2003 and currently works at the front desk.
-Sandra Zonay- Office Administrator
Sandra was born and raised in Vermont and has 26 years experience in the dental field working as both a dental assistant and in the front office. She has three children and lives in Hartland with her husband, Tom and their dog, Otto.
Amy Logan RDH,BS - Dental Hygienist
Amy is a registered dental hygienist. She has 28 years of experience in dental hygiene, and she is also working on her Masters degree in teaching. Amy has 2 daughters and lives in Hanover with her husband and many pets.
Tiffany Clark, RDH - Dental Hygienist
Tiffany is another registered dental hygienist at the office. She has been working with us since 2006. She is a graduate from VTC and she now lives with her husband and 2 dogs in Sharon, VT.
Jennifer Piper RDH - Dental Hygienist
Jen, who is also a registered dental hygienist, graduated from UVM in 2002. She grew up here in Vermont. Now Jen lives in Fairlee with her husband and their 2 sons Parker and Becket.
Lisa Wolkenbrod RDA - Dental Assistant
Lisa is a registered dental assistant and has worked with Dr. Kravitz since 1991. She lives in Hartford with her husband and she loves to visit her daughter Kristin who attends a college in North Carolina.
Cynthia McArdle - Dental Assistant
Cyndi McArdle is our newest dental assistant. Cyndi recently moved into the area from Jacksonville, FL. She resides in Claremont, NH with her husband and three children.
